Due to growth in the team they are seeking an IT Field Engineer to join a small team of 3 where you would be providing support and working on projects for their customers in Dublin. It's important you have skills with M365, AD, networking and desktop hardware also. This involves support & project work which could include, but not limited to, PC, Laptop, and printer deployments, 365 go-lives and more. The duties will also include call logging, knowledge management, preventative maintenance checks and customer account management. It's important to have a good attitude and desire to continue learning and up-skilling. Skills and Experience: Essential Minimum 2 years relevant IT industry experience Experience deploying workstations/laptops, printers, etc. Experience with supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPN, printers Experience supporting physical/virtual/cloud Windows servers. Experience configuring managed network switches. Experience installing and configuring perimeter firewalls (Sonicwall/Fortigate a plus). Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills High level of flexibility, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn. Full Clean Driving License Beneficial Previous field engineer experience beneficial. Experience troubleshooting/configuring Microsoft InTune.
