Junior Systems Support Engineer Cork

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide support to the internal development team
* Liaising with internal NOC, Deployment and Development teams in order to collect and document system configuration change requirements and driving the delivery of system configuration and upgrade projects.
* Work with Software team to test systems applications on both Frontend and Backend
* Dealing with individual customer, deployment team and NOC team requests for system changes.
* Documenting and creation of systems training manuals
* Contribute your own ideas that can help improve current process

Key Requirements:

* Good support knowledge and experience dealing with multiple issues
* Ability to prioritise issues
* Self-starter
* Good Networking understanding TCP/IP, DNS etc
* Working knowledge of SQL
* Previous experience with windows, 0365, active directory and Linux would be ideal
* Any programming experience is desirable
