Cloud Support Analyst required for a permanent role with expanding Fintech based in Limerick.  The Cloud Support Analyst will join an established team. This is a career making opportunity to further your career in a rapidly growing global organisation.

What is involved:

·        Providing Cloud support to global customers

·        Ensuring all platforms are performing

·        Liaise with both internal teams and external stakeholders

·        Building of new customer environments and on-boarding of new clients

·        Delivery of changes in operational environment

What is Required:

·        3+ years in a  Cloud Support, Technical Support/ Production Support role

·        Good knowledge of AWS and/or OCP

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Experience with tech such as: Jenkins, Datadog, AWS cloudwatch etc is desirable

·        Flexibility to work to the ever-changing needs of the team
