Production Monitoring / ITRS Specialist required to join a Global investment bank and financial services provider based in Dublin City. This role can be done remotely for anywhere in Ireland

The Production Monitoring / ITRS Specialist will join a new team created in Dublin to help design and build monitoring solutions using ITRS to monitor app servers / processes and improve release management. This person will work closely with development and support teams and build ITRS dashboards, and setting up alerts for threshold breaches etc.

Responsibilities

• Design & create dashboards and alerts on ITRS Geneos
• Monitor the entire application stack including infrastructure, application processes, databases, storage, network
• Help troubleshooting issues affecting the ITRS service

Experience

• Building ITRS dashboards / Setting up alerts for threshold breaches
• Good understanding of monitoring, troubleshooting and problem solving
• Articulate in both written and oral communication
• Ability to prioritize tasks in an engineering team
