Junior AWS Support Engineer

We are currently working with a large multinational organisation within the financial sector who are looking for an experienced Cloud Operations Engineer to join their Limerick based team.

This company are one of the key players within their sector of the financial market, employing over 1,000 staff in 30 countries around the globe.

They have recently opened their Limerick base and are looking to rapidly expand the cloud operations department.

The successful candidate will need to have at least 2 years supporting AWS cloud infrastructure. You will get the opportunity to avail of first class training and working in tandem with senior cloud engineers on a daily basis. You'll be supporting enterprise customers and coordinating ticket responses with multiple internal teams.

Desired Skills/Experience:

* 2+ years hands on AWS cloud support experience.
* Strong communication and customer focused support skills.
* Knowledge of Jenkins, Datadog and Cloudwatch amongst others.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills.
* A passion for learning new technologies.
