Aspira is currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager who will support Business Process Reengineering project in the Supply Chain area. If you have experience in cross-continental logistics, demand planning and experience managing a team then this is the right job for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and co-ordinate detailed operational forecasts and develop seasonal plans, ensuring the best level of service is provided to the customer
- Work closely with the wider Supply Chain team to ensure any dated or slow-moving stock is cleared in a timely manner
- Develop a flexible workforce capable of handling the changing requirements of a fast-paced, growing business. This includes reviewing and implementing shift patterns to optimize performance and service
- Support the team with counselling, coaching and the development of all employees
- Assist the business with any new systems initiatives to help streamline and improve operations within the warehouse
Skills & Experience
- Proven track-record of working within a fast-paced environment in Operations and Logistics – a minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Wider supply chain experience (SAP SCM/SD/MM a must)
- Comfortable leading a team in a busy environment, providing leadership, and developing the team
- A strong communicator who is driven by continuous improvement, go-to attitude, self-sufficiency, and trustworthiness
- Experience of managing cross-continental logistics would be highly desirable
