Business Analyst
Autolease Fleet Management Limited trading as Sixt Leasing is a leading vehicle leasing and fleet management company based in Parkwest Dublin12. Our team of c30 people provide expert services to our customers in relation to the sourcing , funding , delivery and maintenance of vehicles to ensure that our customers remain mobile at all times.
We have an opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic IT professional to join our IT Team to help us deliver an excellent service to internal and external customers.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic IT professional committed to and with experience in process automation and data analytics. The successful candidate must demonstrate his/her capacity to learn and adapt in fast moving environment, while dealing with tickets and projects simultaneously. Ongoing training will be provided to successful candidate. The successful candidate will also play an important role in our digital transformation strategy, offering exciting exposure to new and emerging technologies for which training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of our existing ERP system ( Key2) , tools and processes.
- Work closely with the team to develop and execute plans for the expansion of our IT systems to interface with additional applications as appropriate.
- Compile and translate complex data scenarios using SQL and other tools.
- Deliver aspects of projects as part of our IT strategy. (e.g., Websites, Portals, Mobile apps)
- Gather business requirements from multiple sources via using interviews, workshops, documentation reviews, business analysis and business process evaluations.
- Use the knowledge gained in the analysis to recommend solutions and become a subject matter expert.
Key Attributes
- At least three years working on Office 365, MS Teams and the common data model.
- Relevant 3rd level qualification, experience or certified technical professional
- Experience with and strong knowledge of Cloud/hosted technologies
- Ticket management and resolving incidents in a timely manner.
- Strong exposure in systems integration
- Experience scripting using JavaScript or Python.
- Reporting via applications such as PowerBI, Excel, SSRS, Crystal Reports or similar
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Experience using business intelligence tools
- Experience working with mid-market ERP solutions for up to 40 users.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal along with a polite and collegiate manner
- User focused with the ability to deal and build relationships with individuals at all levels of the business and to be approachable and willing to get involved.
- Ability to take initiative, identify & implement efficiencies.
- Demonstrate a capacity to learn and contribute positively towards our objectives.
Preferred skills but not essentias
- Exposure to CRM systems (like Salesforce, HubSpot or Dynamics365)
- A good knowledge of the motor/fleet management industry
- Microsoft Flow, PowerApps, Forms, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- User training and presentations
