Desktop Support Engineer Level 2
I am looking for an experienced support engineer to join an Irish based technology company. This role is a remote-based with the occasional office attendance required.
The company has a very strong support team and offers clear career progression for the right candidate.
To be considered for the role you will have 3 years' experience in a support-based role were you were responsible for supporting both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support internal and external users
* Respond to tickets raised by helpdesk team
* Resolve escalated tickets from junior team members
* Advise on both technical and hardware investigations
* Support IT security environment i.e. variety of firewalls
* Communicate with 3rd party vendors
Key Requirements:
* Excellent communication and documenting skills
* Can build strong working relationships and can support team members
* Strong knowledge in Microsoft packages i.e. O365, Teams, Azure, Active Directory
* Ideal candidates will have experience with SQL and SQL DBA
* IT relate degree
* Drivers Licence and access to there own car
