IT Support Engineer (Level 2) required for an international software solutions company based in Dublin. This is a permanent role joining an established team providing operational support to all internal users. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and experience providing level 1 & 2 support in an international company. What is involved:
· Provide Level 1 and 2 support to all internal users via Phone and chat
· Resolve all assigned tickets in a timely manner
· Collaborate with the support team and prioritise urgent requests
· Support users on all Business applications (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
· Hardware support as required
· Work with different teams on adhoc projects as required
What is required:
· 2+ years’ experience providing level 1 & 2 support in an international Company
· Experience with the following:
o O365, Windows 10, Active Directory, powershell
o Network: Switches and firewalls
o Microsoft Teams
o Microsoft Dynamics CRM
· Excellent communication and problem solving skills
· Experience with ITIL is a plus
