PFH Technology seeking an IT Manager for our Cork based Client

Permanent Contract

Working remotely at present but onsite in Cork when restrictions fully lift

Responsibilities

·       Strategic leadership across all IT areas acting as a critical member of the Senior Leadership Team.

·       Continuing development of a modern, elastic Cloud based infrastructure.

·       Maintaining IT security policies and procedures to ISO 27001 standards.

·       Maintain and manage IT vendor and client relationships.

·       Mentoring and continuing development of the IT team skillset.

·       Direct People Manager

Requirements:

·       Previous IT Management experience.

·       Previous IT Project Management experience.

·       Experience acting as a strategic leader, providing guidance to the business in all areas such as Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Security.

·       Knowledge of Private and Public Cloud Infrastructure.

·       Knowledge of Cloud based Telephony solutions, ideally Five9 VCC.

·       Experience working in ISMS ISO/IEC 27001environment.

Skills and Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in technology or computer science

·        Excellent proven background IT Infrastructure

·       Ideally Contact Centre experience

·        Good problem-solving and communication skills
