Trojan IT has operated successfully in Ireland for 30 years, and have established ourselves as one of Ireland’s leading IT solutions provider. We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and self-motivated PHP Developer to work with us.
Job Mission:
Responsible for PHP development of an existing cloud-based accounting system. Position will focus on 2 key areas:
1. Developing enhanced functionality on current system.
2. Developing new product features according to the development road map.
Outcomes:
1. Cloud Accounting System Development:
· Develop new system functionality according to the product development roadmap.
· Develop and implement modifications to existing system as per customer requirements.
2. Cloud Accounting System Code Maintenance: implement updates to existing code base
· Update all PHP libraries to the latest version.
· Update all MySQL libraries to latest version.
3. Hosting Environment: research, develop and deploy system on Microsoft Azure
· Our existing system is currently running under Apache on AWS and the requirement is to make the system IIS and Azure compliant.
4. Data Encryption:
· Research best practice in relation to data encryption within the system.
