Junior Application Support Dublin

I am working with one of Irelands leading software companies who even in the current climate have gone from strength to strength. Due to this continued success, they are looking to add to their extensive IT department. The ideal candidate will have experience in SQL, C# and .NET. This a great opportunity for any junior candidate as they offer support, training, and will help you develop your skill set in your chosen area.
If you have a passion for IT and are looking for your next challenge in application support, then this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service
* Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
* Evaluate and prioritise tickets
* Provide in depth root cause analysis and communicate your finding to senior manager
* Escalate unresolved to senior colleagues
* Document all troubleshooting techniques

Key Requirements:

* Strong knowledge in one or more of the following development languages SQL, C#, .net.
* 2 years Helpdesk experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience working in a high-pressure environment

Remuneration:

* Career progression (application support lead to junior developer)
