Senior Java Developer

* 6 month contract
* Up to €500 per day
* Initially remote working, central Dublin office

New contract role just available for a Senior Java Developer.
You'll work in a small bureaucratic free organisation, within an Agile team of experienced IT professionals.
The software you will be building helps small businesses operate much more securely and lets them have access to new ways of selling their products.
You'll be building a host of dashboards, various APIs which are at various stages of the development cycle. The goal of the project is to stabilise and core system and get the business ready for further scale.
Input into both development and architecture is expected.

Desired Skills/Experience:

* 5+ years Java Development experience
* Strong experience across the Spring framework, their applications sit on top of many different Spring modules
* Exposure to Angular is nice to have, the role is more on the back end
* Exposure to cloud hosted applications (ideally AWS) is desired
* Understands the important of unit testing/values TDD approach
