Responsibilities of the IT System Administrator Role:
• 5+ years hands-on system administration of Windows 2012/2016 LAN/WAN
• Provide technical support for local and regional System Administration issues
• Improving service management tools automation of software installs and software licenses audit
• Visit regional offices when applicable
• Working knowledge of Video Conferencing equipment
• Supporting Helpdesk management to ensure that they are operating to their KPI’s as agreed with management

Required Skills and Experience for the IT System Administrator Role:
• Desktop support of MS Windows 10 end-user environment
• IT related Degree or equivalent work experience
• TCIP, DNS, WINS network protocols, Corporate Antivirus solutions and best practices.
• Experience of Cisco equipment in a LAN/WAN environment.
• Ability to work in a team environment and build good relationships.
• A self-starter that is disciplined, organised and thorough, with analytical and problem-solving ability.

• Working knowledge of BIM
• MCSE / MCSA
• Car owner / Driver
• VDI
