The Role:
Based in South Dublin, the Customer Success Executive will be responsible for both supporting and training newly onboarded customers.
The successful candidate will be a customer-focused, driven and confident professional and will join an existing successful Customer Success Team.
This team is responsible for the customer journey from the initial onboarding to the training, support and ongoing development of the customer relationship.
Responsibilities:
* Ownership of ongoing customer support & troubleshooting via webinars/demos
* Become a product specialist
* Supporting new customers and partners onto Enterpryze
* Complete all customer training in a engaging & professional manner
* Complete all partner connections and relevant post-connection training
* Proactively develop customer relationships
* Seek new ways to enhance & improve the customer experience
Required Skills:
* Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
* Fluent English speaker
* Fluent German speaker
* Previous experience with ERP solutions an advantage
* Proven track record in Customer Support/Success or Account Management
* Good knowledge of the overall IT/Tech world
* Self-motivated with a real drive to succeed
* Experienced in high level customer service/support
* Excellent organizational skills
* Problem solver with the ability to multi-task
* Team player
