Senior / Lead UX Designer
My Client is an award-winning international company delivering high value promotional products for organizations across the globe. They are currently seeking a Senior / Lead UX Designer to join their growing team. The successful candidate will implement A/B and multivariate tests, as well as be the “voice of the user” in all creative discussions.

Responsibilities of the Senior / Lead UX Designer role:
• Help build a “Best in Class” website conversion/UX team
• Build HTML and CSS for design projects
• Create methodologies to research user behavior and improve user flow
• Design new experiences with intention to increase conversion and decrease user frustration
• Take an analytical approach to design hypothesis
• Create lo-fi and hi-fi design prototypes
• Create a collaborative environment between the design team and other departments
• Modernize the look and feel of the website, without sacrificing user experience
• Help develop brand identity via design
• Work with developers to implement new designs on the site
• Bring design team together to create design and code standards for the web
• Work with the Site Optimization team to develop, launch and analyze user testing experiments
• Develop site content and graphics by coordinating with copywriters and graphic artists; designing images, icons, banners, audio enhancements, etc.
• Ensure scope timelines are communicated and deadlines are met
Required Skills and Experience for the Senior / Lead UX Designer role:
• 6-8 years’ experience in design
• Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign and new UX prototyping platforms (Invision, WebFlow, etc.)
• Expert in multiple coding languages, especially HTML and CSS
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office (word, powerpoint, excel, etc.)
• Experience working in-house a plus
