Customer Support Engineer| Belfast | Full time Permanent Role
Our client who was established in 1852 is a leading international technology provider with around 11,300 employee's in 32 countries is currently looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join their currency technology team. Our client develops, manufactures and markets innovative products and secure solutions for payment, communication and identification management/data security.
Main responsibilities:
* On-site customer support
* Preventative maintenance
* Corrective maintenance
* Maintain site stock
* Maintain documentation
* Liaise with customers
* Operator training
* Systems installation
* Customer training
To be successful in this role you will possess:
* Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic skills
* Experience using the Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
* Good problem solving ability
* Good communication
* ONC/OND OR HNC/HND in a relevant engineering subject
* Competent in high-speed manufacturing environment
