The successful applicant will be responsible for the operational management of the Data Projects Group, which sits in one of the clients key departments.
What’s involved:
- Manage the day to day operational running of the Data Projects Department.
- Manage any client engagement.
- Involvement in active planning and forecasting based on known metrics and Management Information.
- Constantly drive delivery of solution, whilst improving operational processes.
- Manage the recruitment and induction process.
- Succession planning.
What you need:
- Third level qualification
- Minimum 10+ years in Operational management role.
- Proven ability to manage Delivery teams
- Experience of data management / data structures and workflow.
- Familiarity with legal technology, Microsoft Project and Excel desirable.
