Trainee IT Support Engineer - No Experience Required

The traineeship is completed in 3 easy steps:
Step 1 - Online Training
The first step is completing a selection of professional, accredited and industry recognised IT Technician courses by CompTIA, Microsoft and Cisco. The training is delivered via multimedia rich video tutorials, presentations and quizzes through a portal that you study from home. The emphasis of Step 1 is to learn all of the theory before beginning practical training. This takes around four weeks of full-time study or eight weeks of part-time study to complete.
Step 2 - Practical Training
Once your online training is complete, step 2 is broken down into two elements. Firstly You will gain the practical experience by using our cutting edge Livelabs. Gaining hands-on experience is essential in today's IT industry for both certifications and keeping up to date with new technologies. Theory is often not enough these days, companies require hands on practical experience to make sure you're job ready. You will then go on to sit the CompTIA A+ exams to give you the official certifications which will be recognised worldwide. The CompTIA A+ is the most commonly asked for certificate in entry level IT roles.
Step 3 - Job Placement (Starting salary £18K-£30K)
At this point you will have fully completed our IT Technician Traineeship and be ready to start work. Through our partnerships with large IT organisations, we are able to place you into an entry level IT role within your local area. We can guarantee you a starting salary of between £18-30k, working in either an IT Technician/Desktop Support/First Line Support Role. We guarantee you will be offered a job or we will refund you 100% of your course fees back.
