Senior Java Developer
The Role
My Client is a leading provider of compliance management software that enables companies around the world to reduce their risk of misconduct. There powerful platform lets compliance professionals demonstrate they are proactively managing the regulated activities of employees, third-party vendors and other agents of the firm. There easy-to-use and extensible SaaS-based solutions get clients up and running quickly and cost-efficiently.
Responsibilities of the Senior Java Developer Role:
• Responsible for creating new features to enable platform evolution.
• Actively provide product enhancements in an Agile environment always focused on the product lifecycle
• Interact with the Product and the Quality Assurance teams in Ireland
• Work with the team members across the globe
• Contribute to scrum sessions and the overall improvement in our development process

Required Skills and Experience for the Senior Java Developer Role:
• BS in Computer Science or Relevant Technical Area
• 4+ years Java Development experience
• Proficiency with Spring framework
• 2+ years with AngularJS/ ReactJS or similar Javascript frameworks
• Knowledge of ANSI SQL would be a bonus
• knowledge of HTTP REST API
• Solid Knowledge of JBoss Application Server / Wildfly
• Experience with unit and integration tests and Continuous Integration
• Solid Knowledge of Scrum methodology
• Proficiency with IntelliJ / Eclipse
• Capable of working independently to resolve issues and/or identify solutions
