IT Service Desk Engineer - Dublin CC

€25-35,000 DOE

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic IT Service Desk Engineer to join their growing IT Service Desk team. The team are currently comprised of 7 IT Service Desk Engineers. The IT Service Desk Engineers service a number of clients ranging from small to enterprise.

You will be given the chance to work with the latest technology on the market and the environment that you will join nurtures talent with a structures learning & development plan.
The role will suit anyone that has strong client skills, a passion for technology and a keen interest in furthering there career.

IT Service Desk Engineer Requirements:

* A degree in Computer Science or a related IT Field - relevant years working experience will also be considered
* Previous experience working on IT Service Desks dealing with VIP's - 2/3 years
* Ability to work with Active Directory, VMWare, Hyper-V, Office 365, Azure
* Previously have built, designed and rollout PC equipment
* Ideally some industry certifications e.g MCSA, CCNA, Comptia+
* Excellent communication skills
