Graduate .NET Developer -Galway
FRS are hiring for a Graduate .NET Developer to be based with our client a leading technology company in Galway. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, innovative agile software development team.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, & Aptitudes:
* 0-1 Years experience
* Bachelors or Master's Degree in computer science or related discipline
* Appreciation of agile principles and proven experience with Scrum deliveries
* Demonstrable knowledge and experience of .NET stack technologies, including .NET Core from college
* Enthusiasm for new technologies and modern software engineering practices including various cloud services, microservices, 12-factor applications, design patterns and DevOps toolchains
* Proven interest in learning new technologies and methodologies
* Knowledge of GIT and Azure DevOps
Desirable Skills, Knowledge, & Aptitudes:
* Agile certification
* Knowledge of ELK stack, Azure Integration Services, MS BizTalk, EDI, NHibernate
* Knowledge of modern web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JQuery, AngularJS, React)
* Basic knowledge of front end build tools such as NPM, Gulp and Webpack
* Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes,
* Knowledge of Python and Flask
* Knowledge of SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services, Windows PowerShell, Reporting Services, virtualization
* Knowledge of T-SQL, stored procedures and views
