Position: IT Systems Analyst
Duration: 6-8 Months
itContracting are pleased to be partnering with our client in the hiring of an IT Systems Analyst. This is a daily-rate contract position based with our client in Cork.
The successful candidate will become an integral part of our client's HR Technology & Work Force Analytics Team, and will be responsible for developing, delivering, and improving HR processes and programs through continuous improvement, evaluation efforts and technology solutions. The IT Systems Analyst will assist in implementing technology solutions to improve HR processes at a country and regional level, partnering with various stakeholders to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Preparing pre-requirement documents using existing interface specifications/ files
* Creating test cases and test data
* Review interface files against agreed requirements
* Diagnose and triage interface issues
* Work with the Development Team on issue resolution during testing
* Liaise closely with Local Payroll Teams, Providers and Tier 2 Support to assist and advise on testing
Requirements:
* Ability to interpret existing interface documents/ files
* Interface requirements gathering ability/ experience
* Ability to review and validate file output against requirement docs
* Understanding of HR systems and processes
* Experience of working with SAP HR, or Success Factors desirable
* Experience of developing automated solutions for data review
* Ability and experience of working with dispersed teams
* Experience of concurrent multiple projects/ phases
* Self-starter, ability to think of "outside the box" solutions
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland or currently hold a Stamp 4 Visa to apply.
