itContracting are pleased to be partnering with our client in the hiring of a Java/JEE Developer. This is a long-term day rate contract based with our client in Dublin.
The Java/JEE Developer will form part of our client's newly developed Software Development Team, working on existing and new cross-functional projects, and will be required to produce systems functionality which meets with project requirements and goals while adhering to the required standards and test criteria set out for the project architecture.
Responsibilities:
* Programming of Java, J2EE, and EJB application components
* Coding in adherence to the standards of the application in question
* Maintaining, tuning and repairing applications in order to keep them performing according to technical and functional specifications; performing preventive maintenance activities; providing user support
* Integration of technical and application components to meet business requirements
* Completing assigned tasks related to phases of development lifecycle of enterprise applications within given scope and timeframe requirements
* Java/Java EE application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing
* Spring, JavaScript, JSP, Angular.JS, HTML, XML, CSS or equivalent
Requirements:
* Experience in the following:
* Java/Java EE application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing
* Spring, JavaScript, JSP, AnjularJS
* HTML, XML, CSS or equivalent
* Developing web services
