We have a truly fantastic opportunity for you to work with one of Dublin's hottest Tech companies. The client are currently seeking the expertise of an experienced Site Reliability Manager to come on board and run the EMEA region from Dublin.
As a Site Reliability Manager you will be leading a team of 4 SRE's and will be required to bring on another 2 SRE's this year. The plans for growth will continue and you will be instrumental in the building of this highly technical team.
The Site Reliability Manager will have a number of capabilities and although this role is not a hands on technical role, you will have ideally came from an engineering or operations background which will allow you to have a strong grasp on Technology.
Management and Personality is key for this role. Ideally you will have managed teams of 5-10 and you will be able to demonstrate how you have developed and grew out a team.

Site Reliability Manager Requirements:
* 3-4 years experience managing and leading technical teams
* Strong technical background from operations, dev ops, engineering
* Previous experience in Automation, Linux, MySQL, Cloud
* Excellent time management and people skills
* Design & Implementation experience within an enterprise environment
* Previously working with ITIL
* Desirable certifications in Linux, Networking, Management
