Our client, a leading Professional Services IT Provider, is seeking L1/L2 IT Support Engineer to join their team in Limerick.
Technical Requirements
* Desktop - supporting, troubleshooting
* Email Management - Setting up users, distribution lists etc, MS Exchange
* AD - Windows Server OS - Administering, understanding of group policy etc.
* Anti-Virus - Monitoring, Deploying, Troubleshooting,
* Hardware Support - PC & Printing, Hardware Support
* Microsoft Office Desktop OS
* Microsoft Office 2010/2013/2016/2019/Office 365
* Remote Access Tools
* Backup Technologies - local and cloud
* Exposure to Virtualisation and support tools
* Exposure to system monitoring and ticket tools
* 2 Years in a desktop support or Helpdesk role
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Ability to take ownership of issues and follow through to resolution
* Proven ability to work well under pressure
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to confidently present solutions you have designed
* Full driving licence
* Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland immediately
