A large Telecommunications company is looking for a Support engineer to be based in their Belfast office.
Your new role
The primary responsibility for this role is to provide support for our customers. This support will involve supporting end users with IT related issues via Email and Phone to ensure their issues is resolved as promptly as possible. A good understanding of networking/telephony is required to support customers in order to provide excellent levels of customer service to all.
What you'll need to succeed
* Excellent customer service skills
* Knowledge of LAN/WAN
* ITIL knowledge
* Cisco ICND1 accredited
* Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
* Ability to work well under pressure
