Requirements:

* Min 4 years Broadband technical support experience
* Experience and knowledge of FTTC, FTTH, DSL, MPLS, OSPF, TCP/IP, DNS, IP Subnetting
* Experience troubleshooting routers, modems
* ITIL certified
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of broadband, web browsers, computer operating systems
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
* Demonstrable experience of working in a team environment
* Knowledge of Fixed Line Telecoms infrastructure
* Min CCNA certification required
