Enterprise Architect
My client is an institution of the European Union, they are currently on the lookout for an Enterprise Architect based in Brussels. Its mission is to organise open competitions to select highly qualified staff for recruitment to all institutions of the European Union. They wish to extend and streamline its activities in the domain of Business process management in order to increase the process awareness and process orientation.
Responsibilities of the Enterprise Architect Role:
• Supporting to elaborate and maintain Architectural vision and assess architecture maturity
• Analysis of information systems portfolio, organisational structures and data flows
• Providing coaching and training in BPM related subjects
• Supporting to increase the BPM awareness and process orientation
• Support, analyse, improve and streamline processes
• Contributing to different business and IT projects in the form of business process modelling, process improvement and requirements analysis.
Required Skills and Experience for the Enterprise Architect Role:
• Sound experience in the area of Business process management and process modelling
• Good knowledge of enterprise architecture
• Ability to work in a team, but also autonomously, taking initiative
• Expertise in business process modelling tool ARIS 9.x
• Experience in communication, especially in communicating about BPM
• Experience in introducing BPM organisation-wide
• Expertise in business as well as IT
• Ability to motivate people
• Experience in recruitment processes and EC environment is an advantage
• Experience with the BPM@EC methodology is an advantage
