Senior BizOps Engineer – Contract, South Dublin

This role will see the successful candidate providing support in the on-boarding and integration of customers to our client’s product.
You will act as an SME and provide instruction and guidance to the customer during the onboarding process.
What’s involved:
- Troubleshooting assistance
- SQL querying
- Stakeholder management
- Liaising with technical and product teams daily
What you need:
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar technical role
- SQL querying experience
- Knowledge of API’s & REST Web Services
- Ability to deal with both technical and business teams
- Excellent communication skills
What’s on offer:
