Scrum Master, Dublin West, Permanent

My client, a market leader in the Insurance sector, are offering an experienced Scrum Master to join their Dublin office. Experience in the Insurance or Finance sector would be a distinct advantage.

In this role, you will act as a servant-leader for the Agile team, supporting its creation of high-value deliverables to customers and its progress towards high performance. You will facilitate the Scrum meetings and plan project sprints and hold daily stand ups. The successful Scrum Master will coach the development team and Product Owner in Agile methodology. You will work collaboratively with product owners, business analysts, testers, developers and technical architects ensuring the team delivers high quality software on time and that it meets client and user business needs.

Skills / Experience:

- 3-5 years Scrum Master experience
- Experience of Software Engineering (C++ or Java programming)
- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Strong Agile coaching experience

Salary / benefits:

- €65,000 - €70,000
