Position: Customer Support Team Lead
Recruit First IT is currently seeking a Customer Support team lead to work with a leading client in Dublin to work part of their fast-paced growing team.
This role will particularly suit candidates with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years Customer Support Team Lead relevant experience
• Must have proven Team Lead/Management skills
• Excellent incident support management experience
• Zendesk or similar
• Logistics industry experience is desirable
