The role will include project management, project consulting and business analyst duties. A very exciting role for someone to further their career in the project management space. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce and have the ability to work in a very dynamic and fast paced environment.
Duties and responsibilities include;
* Working with key stakeholders to determine business requirements for projects
* Create strategic plans for CRM development
* Classify and analyse models, data and integration requirements and design CRM processes
* Apply apps where appropriate to increase CRM functionality
* Day to day running of CRM, manage users, profiles, provide training and on-going support for end users
* Develop and run reports & dashboards as required by SMT and end users
