This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Helpdesk Support Analyst or an Application Support Analyst who would like to put their own stamp on their day to day role.

If you come from an IT Support background, then this will be a great fit for you!

You will need experience with SQL, Windows systems, Ticketing systems and have experience testing/supporting software. You should be personable, as you will be working closely with Clients on a daily basis, resolving issues for them.

This will be a fast paced, rewarding environment - which will provide Friday pizza, beers and fun as a result !
