B2B Sales representative required for leading VOIP provider based in Park West, Dublin 12. This is a permanent full time role and an opportunity to join a smart, eager, and extremely passionate team within a growing company. They are currently expanding their sales team and require a Sales Representative to join their successful team.
Key Responsibilities
· Pro-active sourcing of new revenue for the business by making outbound calls to develop new business channels and upsell to existing customers
· Communicating with senior decision makers
· Establishing business requirements from customers
· Responding to email enquiries that are made from potential customers
· Reporting potential pipeline to /Sales Manager on a weekly basis
· Actively contribute to the development of the team culture
· Participate in marketing events to promote the business and source new clients
Key Skills/Experience
· 1+year telesales experience (telecoms would be an advantage)
· Proven track record of B2B sales
· Strong technical ability, knowledge of telecommunications sector (ideally)
· Strong experience working within telesales environment
· Ability to engage with businesses across various sectors
· Excellent customer service
· Fluent written and spoken English
Remuneration
· Base salary 25K increasing to 30K after probation
· 10% bonus
· 5% Employer Pension Contribution
