Technical IT Operations Manager - Dublin
€75-95,000 DOE
We are currently working with one of Ireland's leading cloud solutions providers and are excited to offer you the chance to join as a Technical IT Operations Manager. You will report directly to the Director of Operations and you will be managing the internal Services & Service Desk teams.
As the Technical Operations Manager you will be the Senior point of contact for all clients, ensuring that the levels are up held to the highest standard.
You will be a strong leader that motivates and encourages and a have a previous background working with both small and large operational teams. The Technical Operations Manager will also add value to the Business by reviewing the current processes and efficiencies for clients.
Technical IT Operations Manager Requirements:
* Degree in an IT related field or years experience
* 10+ years working within the IT industry
* Excellent knowledge of the ITIL process ideally ITIL certified
* Previous background in building, running and developing a team
* Previous responsibility with all aspects regarding staffing
* Professional working experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS or AZURE)
* Excellent Leadership & Communication skills
* Strong background in IT Infrastructure
* Excellent planning and management experience
* Any relevant professional certifications would be seen as a bonus
