Role: Senior Desktop Support Engineer
Salary: Negotiable based on level / experience.
Location: Santry
Hours: 9am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
Overtime: Occasional (paid or time-in-lieu).
Holidays: 20-days per annum.

Person:
Minimum 5-yrs experience in a busy IT / Desktop support environment
Must be self-starter and capable of working on their own initiative
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot & research issues efficiently
Ensure adherence to service level agreements
Must have experience of working with call / ticket logging systems
Must have fluent English and relevant work permits for EU
Highly organised & focused in delivering a fast-paced, high-quality support service
Skills:
Must have excellent customer service & communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong Microsoft desktop OS and PC hardware knowledge
Familiar with networking (routers / switches / firewalls etc.)
Knowledge of IP Addressing, Routing, LAN & WAN Networks
Familiar with Microsoft server OS and ADDS, DNS, DHCP configuration and support
Familiar with cloud technologies
Familiar with virtualisation technologies (VMware and HyperV)
