Network & Security Engineer Team Lead

€60-85,000 DOE

Full Time Permanent

A leading IT Security provider in Dublin are currently seeking to add an experienced Team Lead to their Network & Security services team.

The client work in multiple areas of information security including, network security, end point protection, support, design. They look for talented professionals, subject experts in their field to continue the quality delivery of their service.

As a Network & Security Team Lead you will be required to be the senior point of escalation for the clients ensuring high standards. You will be training and mentoring junior engineers, helping them further their career. Your communication skills will be excellent and you will be focused on bringing new and emerging technology to the team.

Team Lead Network & Security:

* Degree in computer science or a related field
* Strong experience in Network Security such as VPN, IPS/IDS, web filtering, Systems
* Worked as an escalation point
* Strong communication skills
* Experience with multi vendors Checkpoint, Fortinet, F5, Cisco, Palo Alto, Netscaler
* Consulted in a Security field
* Solid understanding of IT Infrastructure and how to support its Security function
* Exposure to security testing like Kali Linux and scripting with Powershell & Bash would be an advantage
* Relevant professional certifications would be a nice to have
