We are representing a client in Dublin who are seeking an IT Support Operations Manager to join the team in Dublin. The company are in a fantastic space winning awards, setting up the EMEA HQ in Dublin and working with some of the most innovative tech out there.
They operate one of the biggest cloud networks in the world and have been branded the most innovative company of 2018
They are seeking an individual contributor, the first in Dublin to act as the key point of the business and change for the Dublin office. Plans to grow follow that of London and Netherlands, with expectations of 75/80 engineers.
Personality & reliability is key as you work closely with London & USA, expecting to be a go getter and also be able to communicate and reason with senior executives effectively. You will be a key player in the strategic delivery of the internal support programmes.
Ideally you will have worked in large multinational tech company and have a solid understanding of technology, an ability to adapt to an ever changing environment along with key project management and change management attributes.

Package - Salary up to €65k with Bonus, Pension, Full Health & Dental, Income Protection, Death in Service, Holidays
IT Support Operations Manager:
* 8+ years working industry experience with 3 or more in Technical Support
* BSc in computer science, engineering or similar
* Strong Project Management & Change Management Experience
* Strong communication skills
* Leadership qualities
* Track record of delivering projects in short timeframes
* Ability to work with a number of key stakeholders - senior to junior staff
* Experience working in a multinational environment seen as a plus
