Network Architect (Contract)

My client based in Dublin requires a network architect to join their team on a contract basis. The role will require the design of a new network for an award winning security company with innovative and disruptive products.

Role

* Implement a modern and robust network design which adheres to best practices and security
* Planning and designing network infrastructure to meet company needs
* Convert legacy system to VoIP
* Establish OpenVPN connections between network and cloud providers
* Phase out legacy servers in favour of switched or routed network devices
* Monitor and configure bandwidth, wireless, VoIP and Qos

Requirements

* Proven experience in network architecture
* Experience in a network planning and design
* Experience with OpenVPN, AWS VPN, VPN, VLAN, VxLAN
* Experience with VoIP/SIP
* Experience with iptables, pfsense, squid
* CCIE desirable
