The Head of Quality Assurance will define, implement and manage quality assurance projects from end to end. The Head of Quality Assurance will be a QA professional with strong service leadership, programme delivery and resource management expertise. This Head of QA contract will initially be a 6 months fixed term contract with the possibility of extension.

This Head of Quality Assurance opportunity exposes the incumbent to:

* Setting the quality assurance strategy and road-map for delivery to clients and internal process
* Delivery programmes and services to a large range of financial services clients
* Grow revenue for the business through new and existing clients
* Lead on innovation and thought leadership
* Manage resources and develop, lead, attract and retain talent for the organisation
* Manage stakeholders and be and influencer at all levels

What the Head of Quality Assurance needs to be successful in this role:

* Have experience in a Senior Management role - Quality Assurance Programme Manager, Director, Programme Test Manager, QA Director
* Have expertise to drive the Software Testing Life Cycle
* Have previously worked as a Programme Test Manager, Test Manager or QA Manager for complex projects
* Have managed stakeholders and worked with C suite executives
