Tech Support Engineer - North Dublin

The role will primarily involve the support of my clients vast array of global customers using their highly sophisticated software and hardware products (Fluency in a second major European language would be desirable) but may also include installations on customer sites and providing training to new staff who will be using the product.

Desired Skills/Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or other relevant discipline.
* 3-4 years technical support engineering experience.
* Strong experience supporting windows environments.
* Experience with SQL is desirable.
* Good Networking knowledge.
* Strong troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent communication and if possible fluency in a second major European language.
* Good customer facing skills.
