Summary of Responsibilities

  • Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges

  • Work in a development team working on B2B web applications

  • contribute with suggestions / improvements to software

  • Collaborate with the Content Team and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.

  • Collaborate with CTO and the teams on prority items.

  • Review and set up expectations for the development team to accomplish throughout the SDLC.

  • Writing code for primary application.

Responsibilities

  • 5+ Web Applications Experience

  • Experience with modern web languages and frameworks like PHP, Javascript (Vue.js, Node.js), Python, Ruby

  • Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools (Jira, SVN, Git, Scrum/Kanban)

  • Experience in MVC frameworks is advantageous but not essential (CakePHP, CodeIgniter, Laravel, Zend)

Education

  • Degree in Information Technology or related Qualification.
