Creative Brand Manager opportunity available for our Cork based Client. This is a fast paced, young, dynamic e-commerce organization which develops a number of online Sports betting web platforms delivering a high-performance system to global users.
In this role, you will work with product stakeholders and senior management teams to manage the next phase of the company’s brand roadmap. You will have influence right across the business and have an opportunity to make a significant and tangible impact in its success. This is a “hands-on role” and will suit someone from an advertising/promotional (agency or in-house) background
Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage a small but growing Creative department (currently 2x Graphic Designers)
· Develop brand campaign ideation and oversee the day-to-day creative process.
· Co-develop the brand; steer the look, feel and creative tone.
· Maintaining cut through of brand at sponsored events/productions.
· Produce, edit and give direction on motion graphic/productions.
· Review and approve art and copy materials created by Team and external agencies.
· Help create a proactive and vibrant culture within the department as the creative hub for the business.
Requirements:
· Strong people management and objective setting experience
· Experience in video production and creative/motion graphics Ability to drive production, productivity, and quality standards
· Ability to develop creative approaches by reviewing materials and information as briefed by stakeholders.
Experience managing links between external (agency) campaigns and the product built in-house
