TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client in Dublin is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer (Level 2) with strong Windows Infrastructure skills and good expertise in supporting mobile devices.
Role
As the Level 2 Engineer onsite, you will be managing escalations from Level 1 teams regarding AirWatch On-Premise and mobility issues and questions.
You will be required to develop solid documentation and maintain documentation on FAQ's, SOP and process documentation for the customer onsite and become a SME regarding all thing mobile/mobility related. You will also be involved in deployment, change management and support of the following
- 3 AirWatch On Premise environments (LIVE, PRE-LIVE, DEV)
- Samsung consoles and portals (KME, KC, E-FOTA)
- Samsung KNOX Workspace
- NetMotion
Required Skills:
- IT background, ideally in support role of Wintel servers and endpoints. (Windows Environment)
- VMWare administration skills
- Strong trouble-shooting capabilities and ability to work on own-initiative
- Good Networking skills
- Ideally with experience of AirWatch On-Premise
- Exposure to any other MDM Products an advantage
- iPhone/Android support
This role has fantastic scope in terms of career development and training opportunity. It will develop into a team lead/IT Manager role over a 1-2 year timeframe.
