With big plans to scale the team here, they are urgently looking for an experience Team Lead to assist them in growing a fantastic, high calibre team here in Dublin and ultimately become leaders in their field.
This will be a hands-on role where the ideal candidate will provide leadership for their high-performing engineering team.
Essential Requirements include:
* Minimum 2 years Team lead experience
* Ideally 10 years development experience
* Strong experience with Javascript and web technologies
* Knowledge of and exposure to Node.js highly desirable
* Familiarity of CI\CD and automated testing
* Good cloud computing experience
* Previous experience in an agile environment
The successful team lead will be mainly focused on leading the team in Dublin, but travel will be involved at times to provide leadership to the 20 engineer strong team overseas.
As well as this, you will be required to motivate team members to achieve individual and team goals, co-ordinate with the global leadership to support and advise on software releases as well as discussing design requirements and delegating tasks.
