The RAN Planning & Optimisation Engineer will have an opportunity to be exposed to the latest techologies linked to 4G, 5G and developing into ICT. Your role as a RAN Optimisation Engineer will be to work with a RF Optimisation team in an open, dynamic team. The RAN Engineer will:

* Gain hands-on experience with mobile network at a RAN Level
* Build reports in Business Objects/ENIQ
* Conduct performance data collection and analysis
* Team with global optimisation team on feature road-mapping development for 3G and 4G
* Fault identification on 2G, 3G AND 4G RAN networks through performance KPIs
* Handle customer complaints, conduct investigations and trace problems
* Understand key RAN parameters and impacts on performance
* RAN and ERAN feature deployment, assessment and benefit evaluation

Opportunity Requires

* 3rd level qualification in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical or Electronics Engineering
* Min of 2 years experience with LTE RF optimisation
* Experience with RF optimisation for LTE / UMTS / GSM
* IoT or VoLTE experience ideal
* Experience with GSM, UMTS, LTE equipment, features and OSS
* LTE TDD a distinct advantage
