Role
This position is part of an IT Consulting team for a IT Services Company and would be ideal role for those looking to get into a more client-focused position/client-facing position, Business Analysis role. Coming from a strong Technical background (Infrastructure/Support/LAN/WAN, IT Security), you will be working closely with client in terms of their business process and be comfortable interfacing with senior stakeholders for IT Workshops, Business process, and creating and delivering of reports/documentation.
Skills Required
*5-6 years of experience in an IT Support/Infrastructure role
*Strong Level of expertise in IT Security/Networking/Servers
*Solid client facing skills
*Ability to deliver presentations/Workshops to clients
*Excellent documentation/Process reporting/skills
*High Level of attention to detail
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to multi-task, prioritise workloads and be aware of deadlines
