Experience Required:
• You must have a creative and entrepreneurial mindset and should be highly technical with a proven ability to solve problems
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams
• Over 5 years’ experience in a leadership type role
• 10+ years in Software Engineering or similar field
• Successful working closely with Engineering, Product and Design teams
• Strong customer focused background
• Proficient leading and motivating innovation teams
