We have a fantastic opportunity for a Pre-Sales Engineer to join a leading global Storage & Systems Management Solutions software company. Based in Dublin, you will be actively involved throughout the project lifecycles, assisting and consulting in pre-sales, design, implementation and delivery.

The role

* Deliver Information management solutions for both SME's and Enterprise-seized global companies - from design presentations to hands-on support during implementation.
* Provide training to clients at both technical and business user levels.
* Use your business acumen and analytical skillsets to identify new opportunities in the market.
* Develop and maintain expert technical knowledge of a full portfolio of products and service solutions.
* Record-keeping in line with protocol and procedure.
* Perform detailed needs analysis on sales leads with new and existing clients.
* Co-operate with Sales team to develop and present engaging demonstrations of product solutions, whilst clearly conveying the unique selling points of each.

The Candidate

* A degree or similar qualification in a technical field.
* At least 5 years pre-sales experience within Information Management systems.
* Effective group communication and presentation skills
* Ability to follow a standard project management path
* Proficient with Microsoft & SQL Server technologies.
* Good work ethic and professional approach to working in customer facing environments.
* Ability to deliver under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
* Excellent attention to detail
* Eligible to work in Ireland and travel to the UK
